Prime Unique Women Initiative (puwi) collaborates with the Trade Union Congress of Nigeria (TUC) on capacity improvement for the women commission of the union on leadership etiquette and sustainable development
The 4 day study tour took place in kigali Rwanda from 29th January to 1st February 2025 in kigali Rwanda.
Highlight of the program included study sessions,visits to kigali Genocide memorial and other places of interest ,as well as presentation of certificates.
The President of Prime Unique Women Initiative (puwi),Dr Folake yobah, admonished participants to imbibe leadership attributes for Nation Building .
Participants benefitted from understanding the principles of diversity, equity, and inclusivity (DEI)in leadership, mental health, women, and emotional intelligence, as well as leadership as a multi-Dimensional task.
The National Chairperson of TUCWC Comrade Afusatu Shaibu praised puwi for the knowledge filled capacity improvement program,citing that her members benefitted immensely from the studytour.The collaboration between TUC Women Commission and Prime Unique women initiative will see further capacity improvement programs in 2025.
