PUWI Empowers Widows in Suleja, Niger State

The Prime Unique Women Initiative (PUWI) has extended its support programme to Widows of Suleja Community, Niger State.
The President of PUWI, Dr. Folake Yobah at the 2-day outreach programme said PUWI will empower women in Suleja to be financially independent through capacity building and also partner with the Chairman of Suleja local government area to empower women and widows in Suleja Yobah had assured the community that no woman will go to bed hungry.
Speaking at the outreach was PUWI’s Director of Operations, Charles Eluma, who said “this outreach is part of our yearly end of year tradition and we have selected 100 most vulnerable of widows this year to put smiles on their faces”
The beneficiaries at the event expressed appreciation for the gifts and thanked PUWI for truly thinking of widows in Suleja.
